Terms & Conditions of crickcx

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through the crickcx platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and crickcx ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to visitors who browse the Platform without registering, registered users who have created an account, and players who actively place bets, wagers, or engage with casino games through the Platform.

crickcx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the contact email address on file. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the crickcx Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. crickcx is an adults-only gambling platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or using any feature of this Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, intermediary, or proxy for any other person for the purpose of placing bets or wagers.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your location at the time of use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of crickcx or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners, or game providers.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by crickcx for a breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

crickcx takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. During the registration process, you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to a National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — to confirm your date of birth and identity.

Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. Any balance held in that account will be returned to the depositing payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the underage period. crickcx will not be liable for losses incurred by any underage user and reserves all rights to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

Geographic Eligibility

The crickcx Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. crickcx makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside its target market.

To access the full features of crickcx — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not register an account using a false identity, someone else's personal details, or any fictitious persona.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify crickcx immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support@crickcx.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

crickcx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. We will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

crickcx reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Requested documents may include: government-issued photo ID (NID, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

All financial transactions on crickcx are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds from your crickcx account.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on the selected method and network conditions.
• crickcx does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which crickcx bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on account status and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the crickcx account holder.
• Withdrawals of funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until the applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during BST business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• crickcx reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Funds deposited in error may be reversed; in such cases, any associated gameplay activity using those funds may be voided.

crickcx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above only. Players who have self-excluded or requested account restrictions are not eligible to receive or use bonus funds during the restriction period.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or shared IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer details at the time the bonus is awarded.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked as separate balances. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero, unless stated otherwise.
• crickcx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where it suspects abuse, technical error, or where the offer is no longer commercially viable. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice where possible.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear wagering requirements may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Specific eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits applicable to the welcome bonus are published in the Promotions section of the Platform at the time of registration. crickcx reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

crickcx periodically offers promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar (BPL season, T20 World Cup), cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day), and other occasions. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms published at the time of the offer and are subject to the general bonus conditions stated above.

The following general rules apply to all betting and casino activity conducted through the crickcx Platform. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are published within each game's interface and govern in the event of any conflict with these general rules.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to crickcx's prevailing odds at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds may change between the time a bet slip is opened and the time it is submitted; the confirmed odds at submission are final.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at crickcx's discretion. We reserve the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including during live events.
• Bets placed on void or postponed events will be returned to the player's account balance at the original stake. Where a sporting event is abandoned mid-play, settlement rules for partial results are applied according to the relevant sport's rules published on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip interface at the time of placement.
• crickcx reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, system fault, or where there is clear evidence that the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• All cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

Casino Games

• All casino games offered on crickcx, including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and RNG games are published by the relevant game provider and are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all bets placed during the malfunctioning period will be voided and the stakes returned to the player's account balance. crickcx will not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated but for the malfunction.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Demo or practice modes are available on eligible titles for this purpose.

Disputes

Any dispute relating to bet settlement or casino game outcomes must be raised with our support team at support@crickcx within 30 days of the disputed event or game session. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Our decision on all disputes, following investigation, is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crickcx Platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and notification to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment details, engaging in chargebacks without legitimate cause, or any other form of financial fraud directed at crickcx or other players.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. crickcx complies with anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated arbitrage betting.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, use of false identities, or systematic wagering strategies designed exclusively to extract bonus value rather than for genuine recreational play.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner without prior written consent from crickcx.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or any other user's account; introducing malware, viruses, or any code designed to impair Platform functionality.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered identity documents during KYC verification.
• Underage use: Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.

Either you or crickcx may initiate the closure of a registered account under the circumstances described below.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@crickcx. Upon receipt of a closure request, crickcx will process the remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) back to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification procedures.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including a desire to self-exclude or take a cooling-off period — please indicate this clearly in your request. We will apply enhanced protections to ensure the account cannot be reopened impulsively. A self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion can also be activated directly from your account settings without contacting support.

Closure or Suspension by crickcx

crickcx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without valid cause.
• Account inactivity: accounts with zero balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be administratively closed after notice.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for any reason, all pending bonus funds, free bets, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the registered payment source after all outstanding obligations (including any chargeback disputes) have been resolved. crickcx's obligations to the account holder cease upon final settlement of the balance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crickcx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game or bet settlement that are subsequently corrected. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the crickcx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and page layouts — is the property of crickcx or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from crickcx.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary such that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
